COVID TEST CENTER

PCR-tests will take place in the basement in the main building. Entrance from outside, under the restaurant "Kött och fisk".

You need to pre-book your test and time schedule you can find in your nation boxes, times for monday and tuesday will be communicated via email. 


REPORTS AFTER ARRIVAL

All Teams are requested to contact the Accreditation Office upon arrival. 

NB! Please notice that accreditation will be issued only upon presentation of a valid negative COVID-19 test or presentation/upload (IBU Membercenter) of vaccination/recovery confirmation and after signing the IBU COVID Declaration (Annex 1 IBU Event Guidelines - COVID-19).

SESON BIBS:

Are available in the ACCREDITATION OFFICE and can be kept by the Teams during the whole season.

Important note: there is a limited number of bibs available only, it means the coaches are responsible to make sure that athletes who leave the IBU Cup circuit temporary (World Cup starts etc.) are giving back the bibs to their team leaders. There is no personal bib assignment as in the World Cup.


WAX CABINS:

The cabin keys will be handed out at the Competition Office.

Deposit: € 50/Cabin


PRIZE MONEY:

The Prize Money Clearing procedure will be handled digitally, via "Get accept". More information will be handed out in the Competition Office and posted here.

The Athlete is responsible for providing the correct bank wiring information and signature (all digitally).

Money will not be paid without correct information! It must be done before Wednesday 01.12.2021

WEAPON DECLARATION FEE:

All Teams will have to pay the Weapon Declaration Fee in the Competition Office, €100 in Cash or Card.


BIATHLON FAMILY CLUB (Y) pick up point:

Pick-up of lunchbox for coaches/waxers in the food truck outside the stadium. You need to pre-book your lunch in the competition office.

Bag with drink, fruit and bar for athletes will be handed out in the Family club. 

Warm and cold drinks is aviable.
