Arrival & Departure

Please fill in the forms for Arrival and Departure in the IBU Member Center no later than Monday 20.02.2023

ARRIVAL

Pick up at the Airport and transport to the Hotels will be arranged.

DEPARTURE

Many Teams will be leaving on Monday 13.3. so there will be Check in at the Airport already Sunday evening 12.3.
One Team leader will follow the Tranport to the Airport and Check in passengers and all luggage for the whole Group.

NEW - Every person travelling with a weapon on a Flight from Åre Östersud Airport need to sign a form, will be handed out in the mailboxes (pdf)  Pdf, 68.8 kB, opens in new window.

Pick up time for early Check in Sunday 12.3 and Departure Monday 13.3. will be Organized and Confirmed from OC Taxi in the mailboxes.

Order for departures via IBU Member Center at latest 9.3.
